Nico

Nico was a boy who always had baseball clothes. He always liked to hit baseballs. 

One day he and his friends were playing baseball at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens. Nico hit the ball into a snake's mouth. The snake put a snake egg in the ball. Then the snake spit it out and Nico hit the ball again into a tree. He thought it went in the water. 

The ball players wanted to check out a birds nest in the tree. They found one white egg. They watched and watched until the white egg hatched. Out came a baby snake. It could not get down from the tree because it was so weak. So the ball players kept it as a pet. The snake learned to fly so the ball players let it go with the other baby birds.
